PRP & Hair Loss
Platelet therapy for thinning and early baldness.
Hair loss is investigated before it is injected. Bloods, pull test, and dermoscopy tell us if you have patterned loss, telogen effluvium, or alopecia areata.
PRP uses your own platelets to support follicles. A course is paired with minoxidil, nutrition, and, where indicated, anti-androgen therapy. Transplant is discussed only when density cannot be recovered medically.
